About Additional Work
We don't do shortcuts. Whether you’re hitting the leg press downstairs or working on your upper body in the free-weight zone upstairs, the focus here is strictly on form. My trainers are always on the floor, not just to spot you, but to make sure you aren't sacrificing technique for ego.
Spartans isn't a vanity project; it’s a 4,000 sq ft space built for people who actually want to train. We split the facility into two clear zones to keep things flowing: the ground floor is for cardio and heavy leg work, while the top floor is dedicated to upper body machines and dumbbells. We keep things real—no fancy gimmicks, just iron, hard work, and good energy. If you are planning your visit, keep in mind that peak hours (07:00 AM to 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM) get busy. We provide access to lockers and showers so you can get in, train hard, and head out to your day. Whether you are a beginner or an athlete prepping for a show, the community here is built to push you, not judge you.
