When you walk into our 4,000 sq ft facility, you will notice something different. We do not do 'dikhawa' (showing off). We focus on results.
The Spartans Experience
Our members often tell us that the main reason they choose us is the culture. We are a unisex community where beginners and athletes train side-by-side. The facility is split across two floors to keep your workout efficient:
- Level 1: Cardio zone and leg stations to get your heart rate up and build a solid foundation.
- Level 2: Upper body machines, heavy dumbbells (up to 40kg+), and an open mat area for functional training.
Why Our Members Stay
We don't promise overnight transformations. As a coach, I believe in consistency. Our floor trainers are always available to help you with spotting and machine usage, ensuring you stay safe while challenging yourself. We provide basic dietary guidance to keep your nutrition aligned with your goals, without the unnecessary fluff.
Whether you are looking for a standard gym membership or a place to take your strength training seriously, you will find the right environment here. It is about patience, discipline, and the 'Sarbat da bhala' spirit—working to make everyone better, one rep at a time.
