Whether you are training for a bodybuilding competition or looking to build a stronger physique, my focus is on teaching you compound lifts, strict form, and the discipline needed for long-term progress. I have always believed that results are not a matter of luck. As the Head of NPC Delhi State, I have seen many athletes pass through my gym, and the only difference between those who succeed and those who quit is patience. My facility here in Dwarka is designed for serious lifting—4,000 square feet divided into dedicated strength and cardio zones. We do not do flashy gimmicks. We do bent-over rows, heavy deadlifts, and posing practice.
I work personally with athletes prepping for stage shows, guiding them through every meal and set, while also welcoming beginners who just want to get fit. You will find people from all walks of life here, including professionals like Suhana Sheikh, an ITBP bronze medalist who trains with us. We push each other, we spot each other, and we respect the journey. If you come here, come with the intent to learn and to work.
