Real change happens in the grind. Whether you are prepping for a contest or building dense muscle, my system is simple: relentless training, precise technique, and no excuses.

Happy New Year. While others party, we chase our dreams. This is the sacrifice it takes. Here I am performing heavy deadlifts, a foundational exercise for building overall strength and back thickness.

Defeat happens when you accept it; victory happens when you are determined. Performing a cable crossover to build a full and striated chest, followed by a posing check.

System. Barbell curls for building bicep peak and thickness. The intense focus during each rep is what forces the muscle to grow.

The coming time will show why we were silent. Heavy bicep curls to build massive arms. The work is done in silence, and the results make the noise.

Bajrangbali. Dumbbell curls with intense focus. My body is strong, my blood is Hindu. With the blessings of Hanuman ji, nothing can stop me.

Focus. Performing lateral raises to build wide, capped shoulders. This exercise is key for creating a powerful V-taper.

It is necessary for me to win now, because many are waiting for me to lose. Training back with heavy dumbbells. The motivation comes from within and from those who doubt you.

9 days left. Jai Bhole Nath. In beast mode, performing lateral raises. The final weeks of prep are about pushing through the pain and staying focused on the goal.

This is my passion, my lifestyle, my addiction. Training shoulders with lateral raises. The goal is to make today's training better than yesterday's.

Panther. Bicep curls with a focus on the squeeze. Building impressive arms is a key part of a championship physique.

About The Grind: Training & Conditioning

Most people waste their time on isolation movements before they have mastered the basics. In my prep sessions, we strip away the noise. We focus on heavy compound lifts and specific intensity protocols designed to force muscle hypertrophy, not just mimic a workout. You are not here to look busy; you are here to build a stage-ready physique.

Winning is not about training until you are tired; it is about training until you are done. My approach to conditioning is built on three non-negotiables: heavy compound lifts, surgical isolation, and brutal cardio consistency. This is not a generic fitness plan for beginners. I work with athletes who are ready to step on the NPC Delhi or IHFF Olympia stage.

The System in Practice

  • Technical Integrity: Before we add weight, we fix the movement pattern. If your squat form is off, you are missing out on leg development and inviting injury. We start with the fundamentals.
  • Hypertrophy Focus: My programming uses high-intensity training techniques to break down muscle tissue effectively. We track your progress, analyze your form via video, and adjust weekly.
  • Conditioning Protocols: Cardio is not optional. Whether it is the cross-trainer or dedicated fasted sessions, we manipulate your output to reveal the definition you have worked to build.

This is what I learned under Guruji Mukesh Gahlot, and it is what I demand from my team. You will have to sacrifice, track your macros, and push through the pain. If you are ready to bleed for your dream, I will show you the way.
