You’ll find us on the floor, not behind a desk. Whether we’re correcting your squat form or debunking the latest fad diet, we keep it real. We don't promise quick fixes because the human body doesn't work that way. Instead, we teach you how to move safely so you can train for the long haul.
We aren't just here to count your reps. We built The Space in Juhu because we were tired of the 'prescription mentality' in the fitness industry—where everyone is looking for a magic pill or a shortcut.
