Why I Coach the Way I Do
Sabko fit hona hai, but the journey gets confusing fast. Main fitness ko easy banane aaya hoon (I’m here to make fitness easy). No shortcuts or magic pills - just honest work built on consistency, intensity, nutrition, and recovery. I help you train smart, fuel up right (yes, ghar ka khana counts), and build strength for life, not just for the ’gram.
What You Get With Me
- Every Sunday, I send you a personalized fitness plan online. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, gain strength, or master a movement, I tweak your workouts based on your feedback and progress.
- Plans fit any setup - full gym, home, or zero equipment. No excuses if you’re traveling or busy - I’ll make sure you have home workout routines without equipment that actually work.
- Forget strict diets. We work with your actual meals. Send me pics on WhatsApp; I’ll reply with simple advice. Example: “9/10. Not enough veggie. Add some salad.” Real food nutrition coaching, nothing fancy.
- If you want personal push, live 1:1 video sessions are available. I’ll check your form, shout a bit, and know when you need a break.
Who I Coach
Beginners, especially those interested in online resistance training for beginners, are welcome. I have experience helping women with PCOS, pre/post-natal fitness, and adapting workouts for menstrual cycles. If you’ve got a goal (like my structured transformation program for summer or festivals), we’ll chase it together.
