My co-founder and I sat down for a coffee and reflected on our journey. We started with a vision to build more than just a gym, and today, it's a home for a community built on strength, authenticity, and real connection.

This isn't your typical Juhu gym where people stare in mirrors and avoid eye contact. We are all about the messy, real work here—the grunts during PR days, the encouragement during tough conditioning sets, and actually showing up for each other. If you want a place that treats fitness as a life skill rather than a chore, this is it.
At The Space, we stopped caring about the 'perfect' gym aesthetic a long time ago. What you will find instead is a group of people who are just trying to get 1% better every day. We call ourselves #PeopleOfTheSpace because the community is the main event here.
Whether it's a Monday morning Strength and Conditioning session or an outdoor workout in our garden when the Mumbai weather actually plays nice, the focus remains the same: safe, science-backed movement. We don't believe in fad diets or crash programs. You will learn to deadlift, squat, and bench press with proper form, but you will also learn how to support the person sweating next to you.
Our classes range from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that gets the heart rate spiking to restorative yoga sessions for balance. We also run community treks, run clubs, and monthly transformation challenges designed to keep you engaged long-term. You don't need to be fit to start; you just need to be willing to show up. Our beginners start exactly where you are today, and our coaches are there to make sure you move right. Come drop into a session and see if the vibe works for you.
