We’re flipping the script on old-school fitness myths. Here, women train to be strong, not small. We focus on building powerful bodies through strength training, from lifting heavy barbells to mastering pull-ups.

The energy on a Personal Record (PR) day is electric. This is what it looks like when our members crush their goals, hitting new deadlift numbers for the first time with the whole community cheering them on. Progress over perfection, always.

Meet Helina. She went from being scared of the gym to working out six days a week, mastering deadlifts, push-ups, and pull-ups. Her journey shows what’s possible with consistent effort and the right guidance.

Technique is everything. In our Deadlift Clinics, we work in small groups to break down the movement, ensuring every lift is safe and efficient. This attention to detail is how you get stronger without injury.

Our community goes beyond the gym walls. This was our weekend monsoon trek to a waterfall in the Sahyadris. We believe in training for life, and that includes getting outdoors and having adventures together.
