Karate Team Training: Discipline, Conditioning, and Camaraderie
We don't just teach techniques; we build athletes who perform under pressure. A look inside our SAI and Delhi dojo culture where discipline meets team spirit.

A bit of fun with the team, Kung Fu Panda style. We believe in hard work, but we also know that enjoying the journey together makes the team stronger.

About Team, Training, and Triumph
Training here is not a hobby; it is a commitment. Whether you are at my 99 Martial Arts Hub in Najafgarh or the SAI centre in Shillong, the routine is the same: rigorous kumite drills, technical biomechanics analysis, and pure physical conditioning. We put in the long hours together because, on the mat, you are only as good as the preparation you put in before the fight.
Building Champions Together
Karate is often seen as a solitary sport, but at my dojos, we do things differently. We train as a team so we can win as a team. Whether it is the intensity of the SAI STC in Shillong or the focused environment at 99 Martial Arts Hub in Delhi, my athletes understand that success isn't given—it is earned through sweat, repetition, and a lot of honest work.
The Training Philosophy
My approach is built on three pillars:
- Technical Precision: We break down every punch, block, and stance to WKF standards. Using video analysis and my experience as an AKF judge, I ensure my athletes know exactly how the scoring works and how to manipulate it to their advantage.
- Physical Conditioning: A fighter without stamina is a fighter who loses in the second round. Our training includes high-intensity circuit training, plyometrics, and strength work that keeps us fast and explosive.
- Mental Toughness: I push my students because the tournament environment is unforgiving. We simulate match pressure constantly so that when you face an opponent, it feels like just another day in the dojo.
Why Train With Us?
This is not the place for shortcuts. We focus on advanced sparring (kumite) tactics and tournament prep for athletes looking to compete at the state and national levels. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with a system that has produced national-level competitors, this is where you belong. Bring your dedication, and I will bring my experience.
