About Sparring & Combat Drills (Kumite)

This isn't about shadow boxing. Every session here is about real-time reaction. You will need your own gloves and shin guards because we practice full-contact drills. I watch every student to correct their stance and timing, making sure that when you execute a kick, it has the speed and power to score in a real match.
