I’m not your average yoga instructor. I’m a marathoner who knows that getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER isn't about incense and mantras—it's about discipline, sweat, and knowing exactly what an athlete's body needs.

As a coach, I love being part of the running community. Here I am at the launch of a Tuffman event in Bangalore. I believe in meeting fellow athletes and sharing the passion for our sport.

This message from a client means the world to me. It’s a powerful testimonial about how our strength, mobility, and flexibility training directly translated to major improvements in her running. This is why I do what I do.

It's not all work and no play! Sometimes a victory celebration calls for a delicious lassi, malai maar ke. Balancing intense discipline with enjoying life is all part of the journey.

About this collection

I don’t teach gentle, flowy yoga for zen points. Whether we’re online using household items like buckets for resistance or meeting at Cubbon Park for biomechanical drills, we’re doing real work. I’ve lived through the plateaus and the injury cycles, so my sessions target specific athlete problems—like tight IT bands or weak glutes—that standard gym routines often overlook.

My Approach: Strength, Not Just Stretch

If you are looking for soft music and quiet meditation, this isn't it. My yoga methodology is designed specifically for runners and athletes. I focus on mobility and strength because that is what actually keeps you on the road and out of the physio's clinic.

The 'Champion' Philosophy

I built my training style around what I have learned from my own running career—the successes, the injuries, and the hard-won personal bests. My sessions focus on:

  • Mobility Drills: We work on problem areas like hip flexors and IT bands to ensure you can run without pain.
  • Core Conditioning: Forget crunches. We use plyometrics and smart, athlete-specific core work.
  • Real Props: Yes, I will make you use a pillow or a bucket to get the right resistance for a movement. If it works, we use it.

How We Train

I coach in two main ways, and both are designed to hold you accountable:

  1. Live Online: We jump on Zoom for 45-60 minute sessions. Even through a screen, I am watching your form and correcting your posture in real time.
  2. Outdoor in Bengaluru: We train at Cubbon Park or KTPO, Whitefield. These sessions involve hands-on adjustments and partner-assisted drills. It is about getting out there, putting in the work, and then maybe grabbing a lassi afterward.

Being a runner is tough, but doing it alone is tougher. My team, The Champions, is there to push you when you feel like quitting. Whether you are prepping for your first marathon or trying to shave seconds off your timing, we train as a tribe.
