Strength & Mobility Drills
This is not your typical yoga class. I incorporate tough, functional movements using bodyweight, plyometrics, and creative props like chairs, sticks, and even buckets to build the specific strength athletes need.
Targeted Yoga Flows for Athletes
I design specific yoga sequences to address the common problem areas for athletes. These flows focus on improving mobility for the IT band, building spinal health, improving posture, and enhancing balance.

I'm not just a yoga instructor; I'm a fellow athlete and running coach. I've been through the grind of training, the pain of injuries, and the joy of hitting a new personal best, and I bring that experience to every class I teach.
