Starting them young. Here are some of my junior athletes working on their running technique with focused drills. Building a strong foundation in athletics from an early age is key.
Flexibility and core strength are crucial for any runner. This is a glimpse into our group warm-up and cool-down sessions, featuring dynamic stretches and core exercises to keep our athletes agile and injury-free.
No off-days. Whether it's the peak of summer or a foggy winter morning, my team is on the track, putting in the miles. Consistent training is the only secret to success in marathon running.
About The Grind: Training & Conditioning
We don't just run laps; we train like athletes. Every session at Ramjas Sports Complex or JLN Stadium is built to fix your posture, build explosive power with hurdle drills, and mentally prepare you for that finish line. Whether you are prepping for a marathon or a police physical test, the intensity remains the same because the system does not change.
Building the System
My approach is straightforward: hard work, constant practice, and scientific training. I do not believe in luck. I believe in repetition. If you join my group, expect training that covers more than just putting in the miles.
What We Do
- Running Form & Technique: We use video gait analysis and specific drills to fix your stride length and knee drive. If your form is off, you get injured. If your form is right, you run faster.
- Strength & Conditioning: Running is only half the battle. We integrate bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and resistance band work to build the explosive power you need for endurance.
- Track and Road Mix: We don't just stick to one surface. We mix interval sessions on synthetic tracks for speed with long road runs to build mental and physical stamina.
The Environment
My training sessions are group-based because the energy of other runners keeps you going when you want to quit. We train across Delhi NCR, including sessions at Ramjas and JLN. Beginners, experienced marathoners, and defence aspirants all train in the same environment. You get my personal attention on pacing, nutrition, and recovery.
