About Meet the Coach & Our Community
Training under me at Ramjas Sports Complex is not about gym memberships or fancy gear. It is about showing up to the track, rain or shine, and following a system that has produced national-level results. Whether you are prepping for a marathon or an Army physical test, you get real coaching, form correction, and a group that pushes you past your limits.
My approach to athletics comes from years in the Indian Army and competing at the national level. I believe that results come from discipline, not shortcuts. At my academy, we focus on the basics: running mechanics, knee drive, and functional strength training.
We train at locations like Ramjas Sports Complex and JLN Stadium, where the focus remains on the athlete’s progress. My sessions are divided into three tiers:
- Beginner Fitness: Perfect if you are just starting or need help with weight management.
- Marathon Prep: For those chasing personal bests in full or half marathons, featuring track intervals and long road runs.
- Elite Training: Designed for those who want to reach the podium, with video analysis and advanced anaerobic work.
The community aspect is what keeps people coming back. We have a mix of police aspirants, competitive runners, and fitness enthusiasts who all help each other grow. You will find that when you are surrounded by people with the same goal, the hard work feels less like a struggle and more like progress.
