About In-Sync: Executive Skills for Young Adults
Unlike traditional therapy, In-Sync is not about diagnosing challenges but creating an actionable toolkit for your daily life. You work directly with a psychologist to map your unique brain wiring and build a strategy that fits your specific rhythm, whether you need help organizing study schedules, managing emotional regulation, or balancing social commitments.
We designed In-Sync to be a short, practical intervention. Over the course of six 1-on-1 sessions, we move past abstract advice to focus on the immediate obstacles in your day-to-day. Whether you are a student struggling to manage assignment deadlines or a young adult feeling overwhelmed by the transition to the workplace, our psychologists help you build a personalized strategy.
We use our proprietary In-Sync workbook to help you visualize tasks, track habits, and plan your time. This approach is firmly grounded in neurodiversity-affirming principles, meaning we do not aim to fix how you think. Instead, we help you understand your brain's unique wiring and develop tools that work with your natural learning style, not against it.
Sessions are available online or in person at our centers in Safdarjung, New Delhi, and DLF Phase 1, Gurugram. We have observed a 74% increase in reported executive skills among participants after completing the program, primarily because the focus remains on the specific skills needed for academic prioritization and daily living.
