Bridges to School Program

Our 12-week, structured program helps children navigate the early years of school. We focus on building classroom readiness, social-emotional skills, and self-awareness through play and real-world experiences in three age-specific modules: Seedling (4-7), Sapling (5-8), and Blooming (8+).

Summer Camps & Creative Groups

We offer therapist-led creative programs like our Super Camp and The Art Circle. These groups use art, music, movement, and storytelling to help children build confidence, social skills, and express themselves in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment.

In-Sync: Executive Skills for Young Adults

This program is designed for young people aged 14-25 to develop crucial executive skills. In just six one-on-one sessions, we provide personalized, practical strategies for planning, focus, time management, and emotional regulation to help them thrive at school, college, and work.

Inclusive Community Events

We create joyful, sensory-friendly community events where every child belongs. From cracker-free Diwali Melas and relaxed Christmas Carnivals to special PVR movie screenings and Safarnama sharing circles, we design celebrations that are safe, welcoming, and fun for all.

School Workshops & Educator Training

We partner with schools across Delhi NCR to build inclusive, resilient ecosystems. We offer workshops for students on mental health, train teachers on supporting neurodiversity and stress management, and collaborate with school leaders on creating sustainable wellbeing practices.

Parenting Seminars & Family Support

We provide practical support for parents and caregivers through expert-led seminars and workshops. Our sessions cover key topics like navigating adolescence, understanding digital influences, strengthening communication, and building emotional resilience within the family.

Community Outreach & Collaborations

We extend our work beyond our centers by partnering with organizations like Salaam Baalak Trust, Tara India, and Youth for Mental Health. Through these collaborations, we facilitate workshops and create safe spaces for reflection, healing, and connection for young people and their caregivers.
