We extend our clinical expertise beyond the therapy room, partnering with NGOs, schools, and youth groups across Delhi NCR to foster emotional resilience and safe, inclusive spaces for young people.

We are committed to building safe spaces for healing and growth. This image represents our partnership with Salaam Baalak Trust and Tara India, where we create meaningful spaces for reflection and care for young people and their supporters.

Our team facilitated 'Tree of Life' workshops with adolescent girls at Salaam Baalak Trust. Through storytelling, art, and community sharing, the girls explored strength, identity, and resilience, nurturing the power of being seen and heard.

As part of a summer workshop series, our team facilitated group sessions with adolescent boys at Tara India. Using art, play, and storytelling, we created spaces for emotional expression, peer support, and collective healing.

Dr. Amit Sen led staff reflection sessions with the team at Salaam Baalak Trust. The conversations centered on how caregivers can respond with empathy, routine, and sensitivity, focusing on emotional safety and trauma-informed care.

Whether with children or caregivers, our goal remains the same: to build safe, nurturing spaces where stories are shared, emotions are honored, and healing begins. This image captures a moment of creative expression in one of our community workshops.

In collaboration with Youth for Mental Health, our team facilitated a focus group discussion with college students. The aim was to co-design a peer- and campus-focused mental health program, putting youth voices at the center.

This session with college students created space for honest dialogue around the current mental health needs and pressures they face. We discussed existing resources, gaps in support, and imagined new peer-led interventions.

Our discussion with young people sparked key ideas, such as 'The Third Space', a non-judgmental, inclusive space for youth well-being. This group photo captures the collaborative energy of the session.

This video highlights our workshop with the KARM Fellowship, where we used activity-based teaching to instill values like empathy and resilience. The session helped the fellows build a deeper sense of community and sisterhood.

Dr. Shelja Sen and Neha Kirpal lead a conversation on mindfulness and self-care for the 'Ladies Who Lead' network. We collaborate with professional networks to bring mental health conversations to diverse communities.

About Community Outreach & Collaborations

Our outreach programs are not just awareness events; they are clinically designed interventions tailored to the needs of the organizations we partner with. Whether we are conducting 'Tree of Life' narrative workshops with adolescents at Salaam Baalak Trust or facilitating staff reflection sessions on trauma-informed care, our team of psychologists ensures that every interaction is grounded in emotional safety. We focus on building systems that allow young people to feel seen, heard, and supported, rather than simply delivering a lecture.

Building Systems of Care

We believe that mental health is a community responsibility. Through our 'Communities That Care' (CTC) approach, we collaborate with diverse organizations—from NGOs like Tara India to student networks like Youth for Mental Health—to address the structural gaps in emotional support systems.

Our collaborations typically fall into three areas:

  • Capacity Building for Caregivers: We recognize that teachers, NGO staff, and parents are the primary supports for children. Our training modules, such as those conducted for the Salaam Baalak Trust, focus on empathetic response, emotional regulation, and routine-building for children who have experienced complex trauma.

  • Safe Spaces for Youth: We co-create environments where adolescents can navigate their developmental challenges. This includes structured art and narrative-based workshops where boys and girls can explore identity, strength, and resilience without fear of judgment.

  • Co-Design & Policy Input: We work with campus groups and educational institutions to design peer-led mental health interventions. By listening to the voices of the youth themselves, we help bridge the gap between existing resources and the actual needs of students on the ground.

Why We Partner

Our goal is to shift the conversation from 'fixing' children to building ecosystems where they can thrive. By embedding clinical expertise into the daily lives of these communities, we help create a protective layer of support that extends far beyond our center walls.

If you represent an organization, school, or community group interested in establishing sustainable mental health ecosystems, we invite you to start a conversation with us regarding our training and collaboration models.

We are a collective of clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, and arts-based therapists who believe that mental health belongs everywhere—not just in a clinic. For over 15 years, we have worked to take therapy out of closed rooms and into the communities where children and young people actually live, learn, and grow.
