Yoga is not about perfection. It is about showing up, trying, and finding balance in your daily life. Here is a glimpse into my personal practice and how we can work together.

Not every practice is perfect, and that's okay! This video shows me falling and trying again. I share these moments to normalize imperfection and to show that yoga is about the process of learning and exploring, not just achieving a flawless pose.

It's never uncool to take support, whether in yoga or in life. Here, I'm using a tree to help deepen the stretch in Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose). Using support allows us to explore poses more deeply and safely.

A lot of my work happens off the mat. This is me, prepping for a session, studying postures, and planning a sequence. I put a lot of thought into each class to ensure it is safe, effective, and tailored to your needs.

Here I am practicing Sirsasana (Headstand) against a wall for support. This is a great way to build confidence in inversions. My practice is about finding calm and a new perspective, even if it means being upside down.

Yoga can be a part of your everyday activities. Here, I'm maintaining a good posture in Veerasana (Hero Pose) while reading. It's a simple way to stay comfortable, keep the spine aligned, and integrate mindfulness into quiet moments.

Practicing Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose) outdoors in this beautiful scenery was so refreshing. Being in nature always deepens my connection to the practice and reminds me of the importance of breath and movement for our well-being.

This is a simple flow from a plank variation to Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) in a studio setting. It shows the process of moving with intention, building core strength, and transitioning smoothly between asanas.

This is me, taking a moment between poses. My practice is my happy place, and I am grateful for every moment I get to spend on the mat, whether I am posing or just being.

This "Yoga Retro" video shows a traditional breathing and relaxation technique. It's a reminder of the timeless wisdom of yoga and how these ancient practices are still so relevant for finding calm in our modern lives.

The Namaskara mudra is a gesture of respect and greeting, but it's also a way to center ourselves. I start and end my practice with this mudra to signify a new beginning and to relax my mind, body, and emotions.

About My Practice: The Process & The Poses

When I share videos of myself wobbling or falling out of a pose, it is because I want you to know that the process matters more than the result. In my sessions, we focus on sustainable alignment and safe, effective movement rather than trying to achieve a flawless picture. My goal is to help you build a practice that feels comfortable, supportive, and truly yours.
