About Acrobatics & Flips

We don't just jump; we break every movement down. Whether it is a backflip or a wall run, you start on high-density crash mats with expert spotting. My job is to help you fight fear and feel freedom, starting with getting the mechanics right so you do not get hurt.

At Chaos Faktory, acrobatics are not just about looking cool—they are about understanding your body's potential in space. Most people think flips are dangerous, but that is only when you rush. We prioritize the 'how' over the 'what'.

Using high-density crash mats and rigging systems, we scale every skill from basic tumbling and handstands to advanced gainers and flips. This is the same rigorous, safety-first approach I use when training actors for film action sequences. If you have seen the stunts in films like Aavesham or Bheema, you know the action is grounded and intentional.

Our programs are best for those with intermediate to advanced fitness levels. If you are wondering where you stand, talk to one of our coaches. We keep our groups focused, so you get the attention you need to master your balance, rotation, and landing. Whether you are training for a stunt career or just want to level up your movement, come as you are.

I am Chethan D'Souza, founder of Chaos Faktory and an action director for Sandalwood and Mollywood. I built this space because I wanted a place for real movement, not just a standard gym. I am here to show you that if you can eat, you can train.
