About Calisthenics & Strength Conditioning
We don’t do standard gym routines here. If you’re joining for calisthenics, expect to start with foundation work like pull-ups and core engagement on our bar setup in HSR Layout. We train for movement, not just muscles, so you’ll see immediate progress in how you climb, hang, and control your body weight, regardless of whether you're a complete beginner or an athlete.
