One of our coaches, Sagar, executing a flawless backflip. Our instructors are experts who not only teach but also inspire with their own skills.
I am so proud of this moment. Here is one of our dedicated students unlocking the wall somersault for the first time, with the whole team cheering her on.
Look at the height and form on this back somersault. This is what happens when you trust the process and put in the work.
An actor works on his back handspring with my guidance. Notice the focus on full body extension, a key detail for making the move look powerful on screen.
Congratulations to this student on her back handspring progress. With hands-on spotting, we ensure you learn the technique correctly and safely.

This is what progress on a kick-up or "upshot" looks like. It's a fundamental skill for getting up quickly and dynamically in an action sequence.
A student celebrating after landing a round-off back somersault. That happy face is the reason I do this. It's all about that feeling of achievement.
A student executes a clean cartwheel, a fundamental acrobatic move that builds into more complex tumbles and flips.

About Gymnastics for Stunts
It is not just about the final flip. Here, we start with safe falls and basic mechanics on our crash pads before moving to advanced aerials. You are not thrown into the deep end, as I or my coaches stay right by your side to spot every single movement until you have the muscle memory to go solo.
At Fly High Academy, we do not believe in shortcuts. Stunts involve real risk, and the only way to manage that is by building a foundation of strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness. Whether you are an actor preparing for a demanding role or an action enthusiast looking to test your limits, our training is structured to be safe and progressive.
We train in a high-ceiling warehouse facility in Bengaluru equipped with EVA puzzle mats, crash pads, and full rope rigs. This environment is designed for impact, allowing you to practice high-velocity moves like backflips, handsprings, and wall-runs without the fear of injury.
My coaching style is hands-on. I don't just stand back and watch. You will hear me shouting, 'Hogli hogli' (Let it go) or 'Joragi barabeku' (Do it with force) because I want to see you push past your own hesitation. We break down every movement into smaller, manageable parts. You learn how to fall correctly, how to land, and how to control your body in the air before we even touch the harness systems.
This is not a sterile gym where you do reps in silence. This is a team. We celebrate every win, whether it is a child landing their first cartwheel or an actor nailing a clean aerial for their showreel. It is hard work, you will sweat, and you will feel 'bisi' (hot), but that is where the progress happens. If you are serious about performing your own stunts, come train with us.
