About Taekwondo Training for All Ages
You will start by learning the basics—how to stand, block, and strike correctly. My classes are mixed-level, so you learn faster by watching students who have already earned their belts. We don't believe in shortcuts here. We believe in showing up, sweating it out, and doing the work until the technique becomes your second nature.
I teach Taekwondo the way it should be—traditional and disciplined. My classes in Basaveshwara Nagar are about more than just fighting. We follow the World Taekwondo Federation syllabus, covering everything from fundamental kicks and stances to advanced Poomsae (forms).
What to expect in training:
- Belt Progression: You earn your rank. From white belt to black, every promotion is a result of consistent attendance, practice, and passing the official exams.
- Flexible Training Locations: We train at the studio and also at Kuvempu Park. The park sessions help build endurance, while studio work is where we fix the technical details.
- Inclusive for Everyone: Whether you are a parent looking for self-defense for your 3-year-old or an adult wanting to build confidence and fitness, my doors are open. We train together like a family.
"Nothing will work unless you do." That is my only mantra. We handle everything from basic blocks to high-intensity competition sparring strategies. If you are serious about learning, show up, put in the practice, and you will see the results in your body and mind.
