Featured Martial Arts, Acrobatics & Stunt Training
From fundamental Taekwondo and gymnastics to professional film stunt choreography, see how we build discipline and skill in Basaveshwara Nagar.
This is what we build towards. Here, one of my students executes a powerful backflip kick during an outdoor fight choreography session, showing the high-level acrobatic skill and dynamic combat techniques I teach.
Discipline starts here. A group of my young Taekwondo students, focused and in uniform, practice their fundamental forms together during an evening class. We train as one big family.
Hard work pays off. This is a proud moment for one of my students as she is awarded her new belt and a trophy during our official belt examination ceremony. Every belt is earned through dedication.
I teach practical skills for the real world. Here, I am guiding a young student through a one-on-one self-defense drill, focusing on blocking and countering to build her confidence and ability.
Strength and courage have no age limit. Watch as one of my youngest students, with complete focus, breaks a flaming tile during a demonstration. I guide them safely through every step to build their inner power.
Teamwork makes everything possible. My students practice a series of synchronized flips and acrobatic moves on the safety mats during one of our outdoor park training sessions.
We train more than just hands and feet. Here, a group of students practices a coordinated routine with nunchucks, learning weapon forms, coordination, and focus in an outdoor setting.
About this collection
I do not believe in shortcuts. Whether you are learning your first Taekwondo stance or practicing a movie stunt, we follow the same path. We train in the studio and outdoors at Kuvempu Park. You show up, you sweat, and you practice until it is perfect. That is the only way to get results.
At Chang Lean, my philosophy is simple. Nothing will work unless you do. I started this in 2013 because I wanted to share the strength and discipline that martial arts gave me. We do not just teach movements. We build confidence. Whether it is a 3-year-old child learning to focus or an aspiring actor training for film stunts, the intensity is the same.
Our training covers three main areas. First, traditional Taekwondo. We follow the World Taekwondo Federation syllabus, moving from white belt to black belt with proper belt examinations. Second, acrobatics and gymnastics. We focus on flexibility, practicing flips and somersaults safely on our mats. Third, movie-style fight choreography. If you want to learn how to move for the camera or handle stage combat, I teach the mechanics of stunts, blocks, and strikes.
We train in Basaveshwara Nagar, often moving between our indoor facility and the grass at Kuvempu Park. It is about adaptability. You do not need experience to start, just the will to leap. If you want to get stronger in mind and body, come join our training family.
