About Our Capoeira Family
In our Roda, everyone is equal. Whether you are a toddler taking your first steps in the ginga or an adult practicing a handstand, you are part of the same circle. We do not just teach martial arts techniques, we create a space where friendships are formed naturally through shared rhythm and play.
Our community goes far beyond the walls of the studio. Whether we are at a local event like BeatFest or hosting a Batizado ceremony, the focus is always on the energy, or Axé, that we share as a group.

- Physical & Mental Growth: Through acrobatic movements like cartwheels and bridges, students develop coordination while learning to interact in a non-contact game setting.
