My deconstructed Tiramisu is one of my personal favourites to prepare on-site. I do not believe in rigid rules, so I serve it with a swirl of rich mascarpone and just the right whisper of coffee liqueur, letting the flavours sit exactly how they were meant to. It is comfort food that feels sophisticated yet entirely unpretentious.
