When the flames kiss the prawns and the butter starts to sizzle, there is a kind of magic that fills the air. My King Prawns are slow-cooked with garlic butter and fermented chilli, perfect for scooping up with warm sourdough.

The Pineapple Tartare doesn’t just awaken the palate; it stirs something deeper. Layered with citrus-rubbed Doritos and a citrus picante sauce, it’s bright, cheeky, and impossible to forget.

It begins with the crunch, drawing you in with the creaminess of Stracciatella, the sweetness of Candy Tomatoes, and the freshness of Basil Pesto. My Stracciatella Bruschetta earns its attention in every bite.

The sensational Avocado Taco, with roasted tomato salsa and pico de gallo on a fresh Ajwain Tortilla. It's a burst of fresh, vibrant flavours.

My signature 'Manor' Caesar Salad. I drizzle it with a flavourful dressing, ensuring every crisp leaf of iceberg lettuce is coated in deliciousness.

The day can wait while you sink into our bowl of Roasted Tomato Soup. Paired with a Parmesan and Pesto Crostini, each spoonful feels like wrapping yourself in a blanket of flavours.

About Starters & Small Plates

I design these plates to be more than just snacks—they are the opening act of your party. I personally balance the textures, from the sharp, citrusy zest of my pineapple tartare to the comforting creaminess of stracciatella, ensuring your guests aren't just eating, but actually enjoying the start of the meal.

When you are hosting, the first few bites set the entire mood for the evening. My approach to appetizers is rooted in contrast—I want to surprise your palate before you even reach the main course.

My signature Stracciatella Bruschetta is built on the foundation of freshly baked ciabatta, which I toast until it has that satisfying crunch, then load with basil pesto and candy tomatoes. It is simple, but it relies entirely on the quality of those ingredients.

Then there is my 'Manor' Caesar salad. I skip the boring, soggy versions you might be used to, serving instead crisp, cold iceberg wedges that stay crunchy until the very last bite. It is light enough to keep everyone hungry but flavourful enough to stand on its own.

For something bolder, I lean into fusion. My avocado tacos, served on an ajwain tortilla, are a personal favourite for cocktail hours—they provide that familiar comfort of a taco, but with a profile that fits right into an Italian-inspired spread.
