Savour the magic of fire and flavour. I bring the theatre right to your table, flambéing our Vodka Pasta live in a wheel of Parmesan for the ultimate creamy indulgence. It’s a dish that gathers a crowd and creates a memory.

There is nothing like the moment a pizza emerges from the wood-fired oven, its crust blistered and bubbling. This is the authentic Neapolitan experience I bring to your home, pop-up, or special event, ensuring every slice is perfect.

You can never go wrong with a classic, the kind that wraps around you like an old, distant memory. This is our Margherita pizza, with its perfectly charred crust, rich tomato sauce, and fresh basil. It’s the quiet joy of your very first slice, remade just for you.

If pasta could talk, this one would tell you stories of long drives by the sea. Fresh linguine is tossed with roasted chilli and garlic olive oil, then crowned with a crispy soft-shell crab. It tastes like somewhere far away, yet deeply familiar.

A little dusting of cocoa, a lot of indulgence. This is my take on Tiramisu, where clouds of mascarpone cream and coffee-soaked ladyfingers come together. It’s a sweet, playful ending to any meal.

A perfect ball of creamy burrata sits atop a bed of sweet cherry tomatoes and fresh basil, finished with a drizzle of pesto. This Burrata Salad is a simple, beautiful start to a meal, proving that the best flavours often need the least fuss.

A little flour, a little fire, and a whole lot of love. Here I am, slicing up a fresh Neapolitan pizza, ready to be shared. This is my passion, bringing people together over good food.

Some bites feel like sunshine. My Fish Taco is one of them, with tender fish wrapped in a warm ajwain tortilla, lifted with smoky cashew, brightened by citrus pico, and a hit of charred salsa verde. It’s a little fiesta waiting for you.

About Featured

For my live stations like the Parmesan wheel pasta or the wood-fired pizza setup, I only require a 8x8 ft footprint and access to a power point. I bring the entire mobile kitchen into your home or event space, so you get the restaurant experience without the mess or the stress.

When I set up for an event, my goal is to recreate the energy of my kitchen at home. These photos represent the heart of what I do—the dishes that people talk about long after the music stops.
