About Handcrafted Beverages
I don't just pour drinks; I craft them using real fruits, herbs, and house-made cordials. My mocktails, like the 'Not an Espresso Martini' made with fermented Kanji, are designed to hold their own at any event—offering that sophisticated, complex flavour profile you usually only find in a full bar, minus the buzz.

When I put a menu together, I think about the full arc of an event. You need that initial refreshing lift when guests arrive, and something a bit more complex to sip on while conversation flows. My beverages are non-alcoholic by design, but they are never boring.

I treat my drinks like I treat my pizza dough—with patience and good ingredients. I use fresh kaffir leaves, vibrant lychees, berries, and house-made syrups to build layers of flavour.
