I craft custom, 100% eggless cakes for birthdays and anniversaries, ranging from timeless classics like Black Forest to modern, trending designs. Every cake is baked fresh to order in my Mulund kitchen.
A behind-the-scenes look at how I make my Black Forest Cake. I use fresh cherries to make the compote, layer it with rich chocolate cake and light whipped cream, and finish it with chocolate shards and fresh cherries.
For the coffee and liqueur lovers, I present my authentic Baileys Tiramisu Cake. It's made with original Savoiardi biscuits soaked in coffee and Baileys, layered with a light mascarpone cream, and dusted with cocoa powder.
A truly unique fusion cake: the Mango Misu Biscoff. This cake combines the best of three worlds with layers of mango, tiramisu cream, and Lotus Biscoff, all surrounded by delicate ladyfinger biscuits.
A compilation of all the delicious mango desserts I offer during the summer season. From pull-me-up cakes and cheesecakes to layered pastry cakes, it's a true celebration of the king of fruits.
