Indulgent Cookies, Fudgy Brownies & Eggless Treats in Mumbai
If you have a serious chocolate ishq (love), you are in the right place. From molten lava centers to rich couverture chocolate, everything here is baked 100% eggless and made to satisfy those deep cravings.
My Monster Cookies come in two styles: Lava, with a molten chocolate centre, and Centerfilled, with a gooey Nutella or Biscoff filling. This video shows the satisfying break of our Red Velvet, Hazelnut, and Double Chocolate cookies.
Fudge Brownies or Blondies? Why not both? Made with pure couverture chocolate, my brownies are intensely fudgy, while my blondies are rich and buttery. Here they are served with fresh strawberries and chocolate ganache.
Sometimes, you just need to make a good thing even better. Here's a slice of my decadent chocolate cake, which is as fudgy as a brownie, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a generous pour of warm chocolate sauce.
Simple, classic, and delicious. These are my cookie sandwiches, available in two flavours: a vanilla sable cookie filled with Nutella, and a cocoa sable cookie filled with rich Belgian chocolate ganache.
About Cookies, Brownies & More
Most of my monster cookies and brownies are crafted with high-quality couverture chocolate, which behaves quite differently than standard chocolate. For the absolute best experience, I strongly recommend warming them for about 15 seconds before you take that first bite—it transforms the center into the gooey, molten lava you see in my videos.
When you bake with couverture chocolate, the result is an intense, deep flavor that compound chocolate just cannot match. That is why my brownies are consistently fudgy rather than cakey, and why my monster cookies have that signature molten center.
The Collection:
- Monster Cookies: These are my pride and joy. Whether you choose the Lava style with a liquid chocolate core or the Centerfilled versions with Nutella and Biscoff, these 100g+ cookies are substantial.
- Fudge Brownies & Blondies: Made with pure couverture dark or white chocolate. They are dense, rich, and perfect when paired with fresh strawberries or a warm drizzle of ganache.
- Cookie Sandwiches: For a lighter crunch, my sable cookies are the way to go. I pair a vanilla sable with Nutella or a cocoa sable with rich Belgian chocolate ganache for a clean, satisfying snap.
Everything I bake is 100% eggless and prepared fresh in my Mulund West kitchen. I do not believe in mass-producing these; I prefer making smaller batches so you get them at their absolute best.
