This is my take on the famous Korean street food: a soft, buttery cheese garlic brioche bun. The rich brioche is filled with cream cheese and topped with garlic butter and more cheese for an incredibly flavourful bite.

I don't just make cakes, I can sort out your entire party menu. For this K-Drama themed birthday, alongside the cake, I also prepared baked party snacks like mini pizzas and stuffed buns.
