I handcraft most 3D figures and designs. Not a fan of fondant? No stress. I do buttercream, white ganache, and whipped cream finishes too. Minimal fondant is totally doable.

Hey, I’m Neha. Baking’s my way to connect with people and life, not just about sugar and flour. Lost my dad, but my father-in-law stepped in - ‘hoon Neha ne ena papa ni kami mehsoos thava nai dau’ (I won’t let Neha feel the absence of her father). He was my biggest cheerleader.
