You'll find a competition-size boxing ring, a turf track for functional training, and enough equipment to keep things fresh. Our schedule isn’t just 'cardio today, weights tomorrow'—we cycle through Boxing, HIIT, Strength, and our signature BoxFlow recovery sessions to make sure you’re always hitting different goals without the burnout.
