About Mindset & Motivation
I don't just count reps. Before every heavy set, we align the mind. It starts with the ritual—the focus, the chalk, the silence before the lift. If you want to change your physique, you have to change your headspace first. My clients learn that intensity is a choice, not a feeling.
Fitness is simple, but it is not easy. Most people fail not because they lack the ability, but because they lack the mental grit to push through the discomfort. My training philosophy centers on building a mind as strong as your muscles. We do not rely on shortcuts, crash diets, or magic pills.
When we train together, we focus on the fundamentals of strength conditioning and disciplined nutrition. We work on heavy compound movements and targeted isolation exercises that drive real physiological change. Whether you are aiming for aggressive fat loss or lean muscle gain, the process requires consistency and a no-excuses attitude.
I coach out of Gold's Gym in Indiranagar, but I also provide online training plans for those outside my immediate radius.
