How I Train

My approach is straightforward: you cannot fake results. Whether you are training for weight loss or muscle gain, my methodology is built on the same principles I used to win the Mr. Karavali title.

  • No Excuses: If you are training at my Indiranagar gym location or at your home in Bengaluru, the intensity remains the same. I push you because I know what you are capable of when you stop making excuses.

The 12-Week Commitment

Transformation takes time, but it doesn't take forever. My signature 12-week program is designed for people who are ready to make a serious change.
