Redefining Fitness as Your Daily Lifestyle
Fitness is not just an hour in the gym. It is the energy you take to the mountains, the strength for your routine, and the mindset to keep going.
Slaying in a saree 1% of the time, and slaying with a barbell the other 99%. I believe a strong woman can be both elegant and powerful.
Flexing my back muscles against a stunning mountain backdrop. My fitness journey allows me to have the strength to go on treks and enjoy these incredible views.
A little "Reel vs Real" moment. It's easy to pose for the perfect photo, but I believe in being authentic about what a real, strong body looks like from all angles.
A post-workout selfie feeling grateful for the person I've become. The gym is where I build not just muscle, but also self-love and pride in my journey.
Checking my progress in the mirror. This isn't about vanity; it's about acknowledging the hard work and seeing the physical results of my dedication.
Making a heart with my hands around the setting sun, with my bicep flexed. I'm creating my own sunshine and loving the strength I've built.
A look at the creation of my home workout area on my terrace. I combined strength with creativity to build my own happy place for training.
A happy and confident flex. This picture speaks for itself: strong is a style.
Those random after-workout vibes when you just feel good and have to dance. This is the joy that comes from pushing yourself and feeling strong.
My Valentine's Day message is about self-love. Exercise makes you love and respect yourself for all the effort you put in, especially when you train your mind to do it even when you don't want to.
About Fitness is a Lifestyle
Here is the truth: most gym routines fail because they feel like a chore. My approach is different. Whether we are working on mobility at Leo's Gym in Delhi or dialing in a home workout via video call, I focus on movements that translate to real life. We use a hybrid mix of weightlifting, boxing, and aerial yoga, not just for the aesthetic, but so you can carry your own bags, trek through Himachal, and have the mental clarity to handle a stressful workday.
Fitness becomes a lifestyle when you stop chasing 'perfect' and start chasing 'capable.' I structure my programs for people who have busy lives, not professional athletes with eight hours to train.
My hybrid coaching method blends Olympic lifting for raw power, calisthenics for body control, and aerial yoga for spinal decompression. If you are struggling with consistency, we fix that first. We track your progress with body composition analysis, but more importantly, we track how you feel. Are you sleeping better? Do you have energy after lunch? That is the real metric.
I work with clients across India, Canada, and the UK, adapting workouts to whatever equipment you have available, even if it is just a chair or your own body weight. My sessions are direct, tough, and include plenty of shabbashi when you hit a personal best. We keep the taam jhaam out. No complex jargon, just solid, functional mechanics that stop you from getting injured and keep you moving well into your later years. You do not need to be fit to start. You just need to show up.

I am Trishna. I hike mountains, own a husky named Rio, and coach people on how to build a body that serves their life, not the other way around. I do not do corporate jargon. I do hard work, discipline, and building a mindset that makes you feel invincible, whether you are in a gym or a saree.
