About Our Training Approach & Tips
We don't just ask kids to run around; every session is built on a 6:1 student-to-coach ratio. This allows us to track real performance, from vertical jumps to sprint speed, providing a formal assessment report at the end of each term so you can see exactly how your child is growing.

- Injury Prevention: Modern childhood involves heavy school bags and too much screen time. Our routines include specific posture correction, ankle stability exercises, and knee-strengthening drills to help kids handle daily physical stress.
- Mental & Physical Growth: We track metrics that matter. By comparing pre-term and post-term data—like core stability and sprint times—we help kids develop self-efficacy. Where We Train
We operate out of premium partner facilities like Gold's Gym in Breach Candy, where we utilize climate-controlled environments for our term-based groups. Alternatively, we bring the gym to your doorstep. For private sessions, our coaches travel across Mumbai with portable gear, ensuring your child gets 100% of the focus without the travel time.
