About Yoga for Daily Wellness

Most people struggle with consistency because they try to do too much, too fast. We teach you how to start with short, 10 to 15-minute sessions that actually fit into your workday. By using props like blocks, straps, and wall ropes, we make sure your alignment is safe from day one, so you don't end up with more pain instead of less.

Consistency is the secret to real change. In our daily wellness classes, we move away from the 'no pain, no gain' mentality and look at how yoga can support your long-term health. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, knee issues, or just need to correct your posture after a long day at a desk, our sessions are designed to meet you where you are today.

We offer a mix of Hatha for beginners, Ashtanga for those who want a structured flow, and Iyengar for precise alignment. One thing you will notice in our studios in Vile Parle, Hinjewadi, and Wakad is that we do not use AC. We believe natural ventilation is essential for deep breathing and better lung function during your practice.

Here is how we keep you on track:

  • Practical Alignment: We use metal chairs, wooden bricks, and wall ropes to help you reach deeper into poses safely, regardless of your current flexibility.
  • Small Batches: With only 10 to 18 students per class, you get direct verbal and hands-on adjustments. You are never just a face in the crowd.
  • Mindful Progression: We teach you pranayama and meditation alongside physical asanas to ensure you finish every session feeling calmer than when you started.
