About Spiritual Retreats & Campus Experience
A stay at our center is nothing like a regular getaway. I find that here, most people come in carrying a lot on their minds, but the place itself helps you leave all that behind. The vibe is different - it’s about finding a little peace and reconnecting with something bigger.
Campus Vibes
- Our Bengaluru campus is lush, full of palm trees, flowers, and over a hundred bird species - it’s proper nature immersion, not just a couple of garden patches.
- You’ll hear folks from 90+ countries during festivals, but it never feels overwhelming. More like one big, noisy family.
- Quiet spots are everywhere: the lotus-shaped meditation mandir, the amphitheater under the stars, and random benches tucked between trees.
Daily Rhythm
- Sadhana is your solo time - meditation, outdoor yoga, and joining ancient pujas or homas. No pressure, take part as much or as little as you want.
- Seva means helping out, with no strings attached. Sometimes you’re chopping veggies, other times supporting huge events. It’s work, but it’s fun and connects you to everyone.
- Satsang is when everyone gathers for music, chanting, and wisdom. I’ve seen people who said they’d never sing, end up dancing with strangers.
Stay & Festivals
- Residential stays let you really soak in ashram life experience, especially if you come during a wellness festival stay. Even regular days are tranquil.
- If all you manage is a short visit, even a 10-second pause with your breath helps. That’s the kind of simple stuff we keep coming back to.
If you want a meditation retreat in Bengaluru that’s about everyday joy, not just rituals, this is it.

My Story
You know, people walk in here carrying so much—worries, confusion, mind full of noise. We just say, breathe. Pause for ten seconds. Let it settle. Like adding salt to food, tiny changes make big difference. That’s what we’re about—sharing simple tools, small truths, helping you see life’s a gift. This place is for sadhana, seva, satsang—come, find your stillness, remember the joy of just being. That’s our world, open for you.
