Step away from the city noise and immerse yourself in a daily rhythm of meditation, music, and quiet reflection on our 65-acre Bengaluru campus.

About this collection

Here, the day flows around your own needs rather than a rigid schedule. You might start your morning with a yoga session in the amphitheater, join a midday satsang, or simply find a quiet bench under the palms for meditation. Whether you are here for a structured residential retreat or just dropping by for a single workshop, the campus is designed as a space to let the mental clutter settle.

A Rhythm of Your Own

Life at our International Centre is about creating space for yourself. Many who arrive here carry the weight of busy schedules; our aim is to provide a container where that noise can settle.

Daily Life at the Centre

  • Sadhana & Yoga: From morning asana sessions in our amphitheater to meditation on the lawn, these practices are open to everyone. You do not need to be an expert to join.
  • Satsang: When the sun sets, we gather for music and chanting. It is often the highlight of the day—a place where people who have never sung before find themselves dancing alongside strangers.
  • Seva: If you feel the urge to contribute, there is always space to help. It could be chopping vegetables or supporting an event. It is an effortless way to connect with the community without any strings attached.

Your Stay

Whether you are joining a 3-day Happiness Program or a full residential retreat, you have access to the entire 65-acre campus. You can spend your free time in the Vishalakshi Mantap, walk through our gardens, or sit by the water bodies. The accommodation ranges from simple dormitories to twin-sharing rooms, but the true experience lies in the shared meals and the collective energy of seekers from all over the world. We recommend carrying your own toiletries as we focus on keeping the stay simple and sustainable.
