About this collection
Art here is rarely about performance for applause. Whether it is a classical dance offering during the Kala Arpan festival or the evening hum of a bhajan in the Vishalakshi Mantap, we treat creativity as a form of devotion. When you join us, you are not just an audience member; you become part of a rhythm where music and silence naturally find their balance.
Art as Devotion
For us, culture is a bridge to the divine. Our Bengaluru International Centre transforms into a vibrant hub during gatherings like 'Bhaav' and 'Kala Arpan', where hundreds of artists offer their dance, music, and drama as 'Seva'. You might see 400 artists performing across 33 productions, but the atmosphere remains intimate and grounded, far from the noise of typical commercial events.
Why Music and Dance Matter Here
We believe that the mind often gets stuck in the clutter of daily worries. Music and dance act as tools to help you pause and settle. When you listen to a traditional Rishi Homa or join a spontaneous satsang under the stars, the goal is simple: to shift your mode of operation from the mind to the heart. It is about letting the music do the work.
A Community of Seekers
Our campus is a home to people from over 90 countries. During these cultural summits, you will see CEOs, students, and homemakers sitting side-by-side on the floor of the meditation hall. You do not need to be a musician or an expert to participate. Whether you are observing a performance in our amphitheater or joining a vocal session, your presence is the most important part of the event. It is a shared journey of stillness and joy.
Art of Living
We are a family of seekers, artists, and volunteers living together on this 65-acre campus. Our doors are open for anyone who wants to find joy in music, dance, and the simple beauty of being together.
