Residential Ashram Retreat

- Satvik Meals: 3 wholesome vegetarian meals provided daily in the common dining hall.

- I like starting people off with the basics. The Happiness Program is like a reset button. We dive into easy breathing techniques and basic yoga - nothing fancy, but powerful for stress.
- I’ll share practical wisdom for daily living. It’s not just theory, you get stuff you can use right away.
- You’ll see how guided breathwork for stress relief actually works, and why meditation feels different when you really connect with your breath.
Go Deeper: Yoga, Meditation & Wisdom
- If you’re curious about ancient wisdom, I break down Patanjali Yoga Sutras teachings in a way that makes sense today.
- We talk about simple habits like Abhyasa (keep practicing, don’t give up) and Vairagya (let go, don’t overthink).

- For those wanting more, advanced silent meditation retreat sessions can be intense - lots of silence, deep dives, sometimes a bit out of your comfort zone.
- You can even learn the Guru Puja ceremony, if chanting and gratitude are your thing.

- I run workplace mindfulness leadership programs too. It’s not your usual boardroom stuff - we go beyond strategy, focusing on clarity and presence.
