About Religious Ceremonies & Festivals
Why We Celebrate
At Art of Living, I see religious ceremonies and festivals as a way to hit reset - not just a routine, but a moment to clear the mental clutter and reconnect with what actually matters. When we come together, it’s not just about tradition. It’s about a real feeling of joy, oneness, and peace that goes way beyond the rituals themselves.
What Makes Our Festivals Special
- Our Navratri is huge. Nine days packed with ancient Indian festival rituals and spiritual gatherings in Bengaluru. There’s deep meditation, wild dancing, chanting, and loads of powerful homas (fire ceremonies).
- Maha Shivratri goes all night. Think live devotional music, mantra chanting, and meditations that feel almost electric.
- We also get together for Janmashtami, Guru Purnima, Ram Navami, Ganesh Chaturthi, and more. Each festival has its own flavor, with unique pujas (worship rituals) and a big mix of people from everywhere.
Rituals for Now
- Every week, we offer Vedic fire ceremonies and pujas. Mondays start with Rudra Puja, a soulful way to kick off your week.
- During festivals, ceremonies get even more intense, bringing massive positive energy. Sitting around the homa fire, then breaking into spontaneous dance - there’s nothing like it.
Join In, Your Way
Whether you’re in namma Bengaluru or watching at home, you can be part of it. We let you make a sankalpa (personal intention) so your name joins the prayers, and a lot of our events are live-streamed religious events. Doesn’t matter where you are, you’ll feel the connection.

My Story
You know, people walk in here carrying so much—worries, confusion, mind full of noise. We just say, breathe. Pause for ten seconds. Let it settle. Like adding salt to food, tiny changes make big difference. That’s what we’re about—sharing simple tools, small truths, helping you see life’s a gift. This place is for sadhana, seva, satsang—come, find your stillness, remember the joy of just being. That’s our world, open for you.
