Join our 8-day intensive certification programme at our Sarjapur facility. Designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical coaching for aspiring strength and conditioning trainers.

The UKSCA ASCT course begins. This is the title card for Day 1, setting the stage for an intensive week of learning foundational strength and conditioning principles.

Day 1 focuses on fundamentals. Here, UKSCA trainer Martin Gallyer demonstrates correct rowing machine technique, a key component of conditioning, while participants observe and take notes.

An instructor leads the opening session of the UKSCA ASCT course. Day 1 is dedicated to introductions, safety protocols, and the principles of foundational movement.

Interactive learning is key. A UKSCA trainer engages with a participant during the first day of the ASCT course, discussing the core concepts of program planning and safety.

A coach-in-training explains his approach during a practical session on Day 1. Our courses emphasize peer-to-peer feedback and active participation from the very beginning.

A UKSCA trainer demonstrates proper lifting posture to the group. Correct form is non-negotiable, and we ensure every participant understands the biomechanics before they coach others.

Day 2 of the UKSCA ASCT course. This title card marks the progression into more advanced movement patterns and coaching techniques.

A UKSCA trainer provides one-on-one correction on squat form. This personalized feedback during Day 2 ensures participants master foundational movements before assessment.

Peer coaching in action. On Day 2, participants practice instructing each other on foundational movements like the cat-camel stretch, building their confidence and communication skills.

Participants work in groups to refine their coaching cues for core exercises like the plank. This collaborative practice is a core part of the Day 2 curriculum.

About UKSCA Strength & Conditioning Certification

Our training methodology prioritises hands-on floor experience over classroom lecture. During the 8-day course, you will spend the majority of your time conducting movement screenings, refining technique cues, and leading peer coaching sessions using our Olympic-standard S&C rigs. This ensures you master the biomechanics of foundational movements like deadlifts and squats before you ever train a client.
