I approach commercial design with the belief that a building must be as dynamic as the businesses inside it. For projects like the Narmada tower in GIFT City, I integrated vertical landscape terraces that serve a dual purpose: they create a calming environment while naturally cooling the structure, which reduces energy consumption. This shift from static glass boxes to climate-responsive, breathable facades is a key part of how I ensure your asset remains relevant and efficient for decades to come.
Commercial real estate often relies on stagnant, generic designs, but true value lies in flexibility and user experience. My work in mixed-use development—such as the award-winning Nakshatra Regalia II—focuses on maximizing FSI (Floor Space Index) while ensuring the geometry of the building creates a unique identity on the city skyline.
Designing for Adaptability
When I plan a mixed-use hub, I look at the building as a living organism. Offices, retail outlets, and dining areas must coexist without conflicting. I utilize precise structural grid planning to ensure that internal spaces can be reconfigured as your business needs evolve. Whether it is a 500 sq. ft. studio or a 5,000 sq. ft. office floor, the structural framework remains efficient.
Integrating Sustainability and Comfort
Sustainability is not just a checkbox; it is a fundamental engineering requirement. By using cross-ventilation strategies and solar-responsive facade engineering, I minimize the need for artificial cooling. The integration of podium-level landscaping and high-end alfresco dining zones creates a seamless flow between work and leisure, which is essential for attracting high-quality tenants to your property.
My Process
From the initial site context analysis to the final GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, I stay involved. I personally lead the concept workshops because you need a vision that holds up under scrutiny, not just a set of pretty renders. My goal is to deliver a landmark that stands out in Gujarat’s evolving business districts, balancing aesthetic ambition with strict adherence to regulatory standards.
