We redefine urban landscapes through thoughtful design. Our featured work spans high-performance commercial hubs, retail experiences, and master-planned community zones.

This is the grand entrance to the Central Business District 79 project, a nearly 100-meter long welcome court designed to make a powerful first impression. The design features a four-lane drop-off, an iconic overhead arch, and cascading green landscapes, setting the stage for a premier commercial destination.

I believe in creating office spaces that boost productivity and reflect a modern work culture. For the Tata Hitachi dealership, I repurposed a shipping container into a vibrant, glass-walled meeting room, creating a unique and collaborative hub within the main office floor.

A look at the completed Tata Hitachi dealership in Faridabad. The design features a clean, modern exterior with a seamless rainscreen system and bold brand colors, establishing a strong corporate identity while integrating harmoniously with the surrounding environment.

The Central Plaza is the heart of the CBD 79 project. I designed this space to be the social spine of the development, featuring a cooling rivulet, shaded seating under pergolas, and majestic palm trees to create a serene yet vibrant atmosphere for community interaction.

Thoughtful design is in the details. This conceptual sketch shows a tapered skylight I designed to bring natural light and air into a basement level, transforming it from a dark, utilitarian space into a bright and welcoming public area.

A full view of the Global City Centre 2 project in Gurgaon. This design tackles the challenge of underused upper floors in commercial buildings by integrating a full-service clubhouse and terrace amenities, adding significant lifestyle and financial value.

Public spaces should be dynamic and adaptable. This sketch illustrates how the amphitheater at CBD 79 can be used for large community events like live sports screenings, bringing people together and fostering a sense of shared experience.

About Featured

In projects like CBD 79, we do not treat the basement as a storage cellar. We engineered tapered skylights to pull natural daylight deep into the lower levels, turning what is usually a dead zone into a bright, usable public plaza. It is this focus on unlocking value in every square foot that drives our entire design process.
