About High-Rise Residential Skylines
When I design a high-rise, the most critical decision happens long before the facade is drawn: it is about the structural grid. By optimizing column placement early on, I create column-free living spaces that allow you to reconfigure your layout as your life changes. My process involves site context analysis—sun path, wind direction, and topography—to ensure your home breathes.

When planning high-rises, I look at the building as an ecosystem. The amenities—infinity pools, social terraces, and gyms—are not just add-ons. They are extensions of your living room.
