Iconic Architectural Design and Landmark Projects
A look at my most ambitious projects across India, from high-rise residential towers to wellness-centric resorts, designed with my core philosophy of liberating spaces.
This is Nakshatra Regalia II, an award-winning mixed-use development I designed for GIFT City, Gujarat. Rising 120 meters, it features two distinct office wings connected by a striking central globe structure that houses a restaurant, blending premium commercial spaces with a landmark architectural statement.
My vision for the Westin Hotel in Nashik is a luxurious escape where architecture and nature become one. This render shows how the waterfront property is designed to blend opulence with the surrounding landscape, creating a tranquil experience with stunning views.
This is Crescent Park 9, a 20-story residential icon in Bandra. My design fuses timeless Art Deco elegance with contemporary sophistication, creating a striking facade and lavish interiors for those who appreciate luxury in every detail.
Here are the completed recreational and landscaped areas of Ekta Tripolis, a 36-storey residential high-rise I designed in Goregaon, Mumbai. I believe in creating spaces that are not just modern but also meaningful, blending form, function, and thoughtful lifestyle amenities.
This video offers a glimpse into the Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa. My focus here was on wellness-centric architecture, combining opulence with mindful design to create an immersive, comfortable experience where every corner offers tranquility and rejuvenation.
This is an aerial view of One Marina, a 74-storey skyscraper designed to be a landmark on the Mumbai skyline. Every residence in this award-winning tower is crafted for refined luxury, offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea.
In this video, I explain my core philosophy of "liberating spaces." For me, architecture is about removing the barrier between inside and outside to bring in views, fresh air, and a sense of openness, merging them into one seamless fabric.
I am truly honored to have been recognized as The Iconic Designer of India 2024. This award reflects over three decades of dedication to pushing the boundaries of architecture with a promise of progress, beauty, and sustainability.
About Featured
When you look through these projects, you will see a recurring theme—my philosophy of liberating spaces. Whether it is a 74-storey tower like One Marina or a resort in Nashik, I believe there should not be a hard barrier between inside and outside. We merge them. You get the best circulation, the most natural light, and a living environment that feels open, never boxed in. It is how I have approached my work for over 37 years.
Architecture is more than just stacking floors. It is about how people experience a place. In my high-rise work, like Nakshatra Regalia II in GIFT City, the challenge is creating something that stands out while remaining functional for the people inside. We maximize FSI and plan the structural grid to create column-free spaces, but we do it with an eye on the skyline.
My approach to hospitality, seen in the Taj Gandhinagar Resort and Spa, shifts to wellness. Here, the priority is tranquility. We use local materials and design for natural cross-ventilation, ensuring the building breathes. It is not about showing off with expensive finishes in every corner; it is about using those materials only where they actually matter to the occupant's comfort.
I have designed everything from malls to hospitals to luxury villas, and the common thread is flexibility. We plan for change. A building I designed as a commercial space once became a hospital, and it worked because the core design allowed it to evolve. If you are looking for a design that balances aesthetic impact with practical, sustainable engineering, that is exactly what I bring to the table.
