I see architecture as more than buildings - it's about shaping how we actually live. My aim is to create spaces that don't feel boxed in, where inside and outside mix together. For me, the heart of master planning is about making cities in India work better for everyone, now and way into the future.

How I Approach Urban Design

Getting a city plan right isn't just drawing lines on paper. I bring people together - architects, planners, officials, locals. Especially in places like Mumbai, I push for central planning so things don't get messy with too many cooks.

I design with an eye on tomorrow. My plans mix homes, offices, and shops so life happens in one place. Vertical city design is key for crowded cities - tall buildings mean less traffic and more green areas. I always look at how new metro lines or roads make neighborhoods more livable.

Sustainability isn't just a buzzword for me. From the start, I weave in climate-responsive urban design, eco-friendly materials, and smart systems like automated waste and district cooling.

Real Projects, Real Results

My work on GIFT City (India's first smart city) is about more than buildings - it's about building a full ecosystem. From luxury spaces to smart infrastructure, it's setting new standards.

In Mumbai, my projects like One Marina and Ekta Tripolis show how vertical city living can change the skyline and everyday life.

I've planned self-sustained luxury townships and eco-resorts too, always aiming for places that blend with the natural vibe.
