Yoga Events and Community Recognition in Delhi
It is humbling to see our message of holistic wellness reach the wider community. Here are glimpses from our recent public yoga gatherings across Delhi NCR.
A newspaper clipping covering our International Day of Yoga event. The headline reads, "Yoga is beneficial for health as well as spiritual development." This captures the holistic approach of my teachings.
Another piece of press coverage from the same event, showing me receiving a certificate of appreciation. I am thankful to the organizers and the media for helping to amplify this important message.
A close-up of the newspaper article, which mentions that over 800 participants took part in the grand yoga camp. It is heartening to see such a strong community response to yoga.

About Press & Recognition
It is humbling to see the local community come together for these sessions. Our recent International Day of Yoga event in Delhi brought over 800 people to the mat, proving that when we practice together, the energy is amplified. These clippings are not just news—they are a reminder of our collective commitment to health, discipline, and inner peace.
Real yoga happens when the individual becomes part of a larger consciousness. Organizing large-scale camps like the one featured here requires more than just logistical planning; it requires creating a shared space where people can drop their daily masks and focus on breath and awareness.
Why Community Matters
When we host events for 100 to 800+ participants, the vibration in the room changes. This is the essence of 'Satsang'—being in the company of truth. Whether it is a corporate wellness seminar for employees or a large public yoga camp in Najafgarh, the objective remains the same: to move from stress to strength, and from confusion to clarity.
What We Cover
Media coverage often focuses on the scale, but the real work happens in the quiet moments between the poses:
- Breathwork: Teaching participants how to use Pranayama to manage anxiety on the spot.
- Mindset Shifts: Moving away from the 'hustle' culture toward a life of intention, or what I call Karma Yoga.
- Sound Healing: Using Tibetan bowls to break through mental blocks that traditional talk therapy often misses.
Partnering for Wellness
I do not do this for fame. I do this because 'Pehla sukh nirogi kaaya'—the first happiness is a healthy body. If your organization, school, or residential society is looking to host a session that is both physically engaging and spiritually grounded, reach out. We focus on practical, non-dogmatic sessions that your attendees will actually use in their daily lives.
